Exploring counting by 10's

Draw 10 more petals for each flower illustrations given below. Colour petals with different crayons for each layers and use green crayons for leaves. Count the total number of petals of each flower have now and write correct number value in the circles given at the bottom of the page. And colour the numbers by counting 10s in order.

On the sheet

Displays five flower illustrations connected by a zig-zag stem line leading to circles at the bottom. The first flower has 10 petals, the second has 20 petals. Children draw 10 additional petals on each subsequent flower, color the layers and leaves, count the total petals on each flower, write the count in the circles below (10, 20, 30, 40, 50), and color those circles to practice skip-counting by 10s.
