Following the example given below complete the equations, dip the rear end of a pencil into paint and imprint as many dots as you can inside the vertical pillar. Count the number of dots in each pillar, write their value in their corresponding circles. Add both these values and write their sum total in the third circle. Once done read the equation using ‘plus’ and ‘equal’ symbol.
On the sheet
Contains three color-coded sections (purple, green, orange), each with two vertical pillars and math circles underneath; the purple section is a completed example showing stamped paint dots and the equation "8 + 9 = 17", while the other sections are blank for the child's own paint stamping and addition equations.
