Knowing my pleasant and unpleasant feelings/emotions

• Draw your pleasant moment portrait in the first box, add physical features regarding to the emotion and facial expression. Also draw unpleasant portrait of your emotions with physical features and facial expression in the second box given below. • Observe which illustration makes you and people around you happy. Think of the reasons behind your unpleasant look and ways to manage the emotions related to it. Colour the illustration that you like better.

On the sheet

The sheet contains two large blank boxes labeled 'My pleasant look' and 'My unpleasant look' for the student to draw portraits representing their pleasant and unpleasant emotions.
