Knowing Patterns and Textures of Plants/Trees

Take a cinnamon stick and place it under the blank box. Scribble a pencil on the cinnamon stick through the paper to create the natural pattern of the cinnamon plant bark.

On the sheet

Features a large orange-bordered blank frame for a rubbing activity. To the left, an illustration shows a hand rubbing a crayon over a paper that has a cinnamon stick placed underneath it. The child creates a bark texture rubbing inside the box.
